Road Accident Claims in a foreign country

Whilst you can always bring a claim using the legal system of the country in which your accident happened, this can often be difficult and expensive to pursue.

However, the UK has reciprocal arrangements with many countries , particularly in Europe, that allows you to bring a claim through the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) in this country.
