Application Process

Please complete the application form.

 

It is important to read the MASS Constitution and Code of Conduct prior to completing the application form. Criteria for Membership are detailed in the MASS Constitution, with the Code of Conduct detailing the Society’s Objectives and Service Standards to be adhered to by Members.

 

Once received, your application will be forwarded to the relevant Regional Coordinator who will liaise with you to discuss your application further.

 

Membership Fees for 2012

 

  • The Annual Subscription fee is £575 per office; plus
  • Fee-earner subscription - £30 per fee earner who handles RTA claims; plus
  • Joining Fee – £500 (one off fee)

After nearly 20 years in operation, MASS is now renowned as the leading authority on RTA claims and represents its membership fully throughout the many consultations, negotiations and Rule changes that are currently taking place.
