MASS was formed in 1991 and is highly regarded by all those in the personal injury field and is known as 'the authority' in road traffic accident claims.  MASS prides itself on being a friendly and informal Society, yet professional and efficient in its approach.

 

Due to our experience and constructive approach we are regularly invited onto committees and to meetings with the Ministry of Justice, the Law Society and the Civil Justice Council, negotiations for the RTA Claims Process and mostly recently the LASPO Bill.

Campaigning and representation

One of our main focuses is to campaign and represent both the accident victim and also our member firms, as their interests often go hand in hand.  Due to our constructive approach we regularly:

  • Liaise and work with the Ministry of Justice
  • Have representation on the Civil Justice Council
  • Liaise and work with other PI organisations
