Sharing of Information

Keeping our Members informed

We endeavour to keep our members updated at every opportunity – here are some of the ways we do this ….

Ad hoc bulletins

With the fast moving pace of the PI world, it is vital for you and your staff to be kept abreast of industry news, important rule changes, RTA judgments and what MASS is doing.  Members will receive email bulletins – but only when relevant – so you will know it is worth reading and to pass it on to your staff.

Sharing of InformationAnnual Reports

Hardcopies of our Annual Reports are sent to all Member firms prior to our AGM and are then available to MASS members online

MASS Insight MagazineSharing of Information

The MASS Insight Magazine is an invaluable quarterly publication providing expert insight into the topical aspects of our industry and updates on various campaigns and activities of your society.

What’s more members can advertise at a discounted rate and did you know you can get CPD points for writing articles for MASS Insight?!

Contact the MASS Office – 0117 925 9604 – for more information.

Sharing of InformationMASS Mini Guides

We produce MASS Mini Guides, as and when appropriate, for the benefit of our Members.

Hard copies are circulated along with the distribution of our quarterly publication – the MASS Insight Magazine and then made available to Members online.

Monthly ‘News Round-ups’Dissemination of Information

Every month we provide our members with a “MASS Members News Round-up” containing up to the minute information on:

  • What MASS is up to on our members’ behalf
  • Up-coming events
  • Recent case law
  • The latest courses from MASS Training
  • Anything else we think our members should know about!

We aim to email the MASS Members News Round-up out during the last week of each month and the ‘copy’ is then posted in the Members area of this website.

Regional meetings

It’s all about sharing …

Each of MASS’ 12 regions hold regular meetings. This is great way for members to

  • Discuss current legal issues and MASS activities
  • Pool information and knowledge
  • Share best working practices
  • Be updated on relevant topics by guest speakers
  • Swap stories and local gossip!

In this day of accessing information and help through the click of a button we all know the importance of professional and informative websites. The MASS website is designed specifically to assist the consumer with information and help regarding RTAs and guidance to a specialist solicitor.

It is also an invaluable tool for PI solicitors and, of course, MASS members to keep up to date with relevant industry news and developments.

Our Mission Statement

MASS promotes the highest standards of legal services through education and representation in the pursuit of justice for victims of road traffic accidents.
