We have been contacted by a large number of individuals who have been ‘cold called’ by persons unknown to us. The callers are using a process known as ‘spoofing’ so it appears that the call is coming from the MASS office (0117 925 9604).

We can assure you that MASS do not contact members of the public about claiming for motor accidents or for any other reason.

If you are contacted in such a way, please treat the call as a ‘scam’ and do not respond to any missed calls. If you do speak to a person and are able to find out who/what they are claiming to be we would like to hear from you and you can contact us by email or by phoning us on 0117 925 9613. Thank you.
