Types of MASS Membership
We have two categories of Membership – Full Membership and Associate Membership
Full Membership – Solicitors
Full membership of MASS is by solicitors’ office, and not by firm or individual.
MASS members need to adhere to our Code of Conduct and Articles of Association.
Full MASS membership brings you many benefits and you may like to find out more about what we do.
To find out more about how to apply and associated costs please see How to join MASS – full membership.
If you have more than one office that deals with road traffic accidents they will need to make separate applications.
Associate Membership
We have introduced a new category of membership which will appeal to individuals who provide professional services to the legal industry.
This opportunity is aimed at independent barristers, mediators and costs draftsmen, with a view to opening up to other professions in the future.
Associate Members will need to adhere to our Code of Conduct for Associate Members and Articles of Association.
Use these links to find out more about Associate Membership and the benefits it brings you.
Don’t just take it from us – have a read of a blog “MASS Associate Membership – by someone who knows!” written by Tim Meakin from 7BR Chambers (who was our very first Associate!) who tells us why he values his association with MASS.
To find out more about how to apply and the associated cost please see How to join MASS – Associate Membership.
