How to join MASS – Full Membership
Please note that membership of MASS is by solicitors’ office, and not by firm or individual.
If you have more than one office that deals with road traffic accidents they will need to make separate applications
What you need to do:
- If you would like to join MASS the first thing you will need to do is read our Articles of Association and Code of Conduct.
- Then complete our short application form. If you have ABS status you will also need to complete a short appendix. Please refer to the MASS Privacy Policy to see what information we hold and how we use it. Completed forms should be emailed to enquiries@mass.org.uk.
If you have any questions about completing the form please either email enquiries@mass.org.uk or ring us on 0117 925 9604.
What we will do:
- As soon as we receive your completed form we will forward it to the appropriate Regional Co-ordinator who will arrange a short, informal, interview with you. This may be in person or by telephone.
- Once the region has approved your application it will go to our Management Committee for final ratification. The Management Committee’s decision is final and is not open to appeal.
What will it cost?
Once your application is approved the following fees will apply:
England and Wales
Joining fee (one off) £500
Annual subscription fee £650
Annual fee-earner charge £70 per RTA claims handler
