Benjamin Williams QC, 4 New Square
Ben is a commercial practitioner with an emphasis on insurance related disputes. He is also well known for his expertise on the law relating to solicitors, litigation funders, claims management companies and costs, as well as consumer and regulatory law. He is recommended in these areas by the major legal directories.
PJ Kirby QC, Hardwicke
PJ has enjoyed a long and successful career at the Bar having previously been a partner in a Holborn firm of solicitors. He took silk in 2013 – the only costs specialist to do so that year. PJ is Joint Head of Chambers at Hardwicke.
