Fixed Recoverable Costs - the road ahead

Join us for an in-depth review of the proposed FRC regime updates for Scotland, led by costs lawyer for Kain Knight Costs Lawyers, Nick McDonnel.

In this session, Nick will walk us through each proposed amendment and the implications each point will have on the wider industry.

Nick will give us his thoughts on what to expect in terms of changes to work processes and case load, and will provide practical tips and guidance for early steps you can take to stay ahead of the curve.

This session is free to attend to all MASS Scotland members, but non-MASS Scotland members can also pay to attend. Click the button below to register; an invoice will be emailed to non-members following your booking.

Who we are

About MASS Scotland

MASS is divided into ten regions and MASS Scotland is Region 1, not only in name but also in popularity, as it is the region with the most members.

Led by Regional Coordinator Brian Castle, Head of Digby Brown’s General Personal Injury Litigation, the members meet quarterly for regional meetings where they discuss relevant industry updates, MASS policy and lobbying initiatives, as well as just having a general catch-up with colleagues and friends.

MASS supports the Scottish region with vital and timely industry updates that are specific to Scottish jurisdiction. We also have a regular Scottish Matters feature in our free-to-subscribe quarterly industry publication, MASS Insight Magazine.
